Who we are
TheOneToGo is operated as an independent business based in the Netherlands. "We," "us," and "TheOneToGo" refer to that business. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What TheOneToGo does
TheOneToGo is a discovery site. We show experiences and link you to a partner (currently Viator, Tiqets, GetYourGuide, or Headout) to complete a booking. We are not the merchant, the tour operator, or a travel agent, and we do not process bookings or payments. We earn a commission when you book through a partner, as set out in our affiliate disclosure.
Bookings, cancellations, and refunds
TheOneToGo does not take bookings, payments, or cancellations. When you book, you book directly with the partner, and that booking is a contract between you and the partner, governed by their terms and privacy policy. The partner, not TheOneToGo, is responsible for the experience and for handling all bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and complaints. Prices, availability, inclusions, and cancellation terms are set by the partner and shown on their checkout before you pay, so review them there first. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that prices, availability, or details are current or error-free, and we are not a party to your booking.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights. We may limit or withdraw access if you do.
Our content
TheOneToGo's name, logo, design, and editorial content are ours unless noted, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal personal browsing without our permission. Experience data, ratings, and some images come from our partners and remain theirs.
Third-party links
The site links out to partner and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheOneToGo is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on information shown here, or from an experience you book through a partner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions: hello@theonetogo.com.
