Choose Museum of the Future if you want the more memorable attraction and do not mind paying for it. Choose Dubai Frame if you want a quick, cheaper viewpoint and one clean photo that explains old Dubai versus new Dubai.

Museum of the Future is the torus-shaped building covered in Arabic calligraphy, and the building itself is half the reason to go. Inside, it is an immersive future-tech museum, so the value depends on whether you like staged environments and big-concept exhibits.

Dubai Frame is much simpler. It is a giant golden frame in Zabeel Park with a Sky Deck looking toward older Dubai on one side and modern Dubai on the other. It costs far less, takes less time, and does exactly what it promises.
